These terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of WAGLE MEDIA Co., Ltd. (the Company) and users in relation to use of the website (the Site) operated by the Company.

- Site: the informational website operated by the Company to provide product and service information
- User: a person who uses the Site under these terms
- External Store: the Company's official online shop (waglemedia.cafe24.com) and partner sales channels where actual orders and payments take place

① The Site provides product and subscription information, usage/installation/service guides, and information on inquiry and assistance channels.
② Product purchases, subscription applications, and payments do not take place directly on the Site. Users proceed to an External Store. Payment, shipping, refunds, and related matters are governed by that store's policies and terms.
③ Information on products in development and concepts posted on the Site may differ from actual specifications and launch timing.

① Users must use the Site in accordance with applicable laws and these terms.
② Users must not misuse another person's information, copy or distribute Site content without authorization, disrupt Company operations, post false information, or engage in other unlawful or improper conduct.
