This notice applies to the product and company information website of WAGLE MEDIA Co., Ltd. Registration, ordering, and payment take place on external online stores, whose privacy policies apply separately.
Consultation purposes and data collected
For product and subscription consultations, we process names, contact details, email addresses, and inquiry content as necessary. For partnership inquiries, we process the contact person's name, company name, contact details, and inquiry content. Customer service and Kakao Channel consultations may include conversation records.
Disclosure to third parties
In principle, we do not disclose users' personal information to third parties. Disclosure occurs only with prior user consent or where specifically required by law. Communications services needed for subscription activation are explained separately, and consent is obtained during the relevant application process.
